The team is led by the Founding Director and Lead Consultant, Lusia Latu Jones, who concentrates on business development services and on the identification of key strategies and outcomes that enable organisations to succeed and sustain that success. She focuses on capability building through the development of management structures and skills alongside the development of the individuals within the organisations. A Certified Freshbooks Accountant and Web-designer. She helps small business owners and start-up entrepreneurs by setting up simple and cost-effective accounting systems and basic professional business websites that are applicable to their own small business needs, and how to maintain them so it could provide solutions to daily business activity.
